We pride ourselves in creating an atmosphere in which all children and families feel welcomed and part of our community. We recognize that parents are the first and most important teachers in their child's life; therefore, creating a strong home to school connection is one of our primary goals. Parents receive weekly newsletters and monthly calendars informing them of classroom and school events. We also offer two parent conferences during the school year where families will recieve a developmental checklist and narrative report individual to their child.
In the spirit of establishing our school community, we have a dedicated gathering space for our parents. This is a place where families can relax, connect with one another, and have access to resources. Parents are welcome to borrow books from our library on a variety of different topics including child development, learning differences, as well as parenting.
